Clubs

All clubs start w/b Monday 30th October   - 8th December 2017( 6 weeks)

Our clubs are extremely popular so please book immediately via parentpay to avoid disappointment.  The timetable is reliant on coach’s availability and space to run the clubs, so to enable variety and demand there will be changes to the timetable at each half term.  More details of what to expect can be found on the school website. Gymnastics will return in Autumn 2 This term we are also offering Tap and musical theatre.  At lunchtime the children can enjoy a free extended program of clubs including dance, cheerleading, table tennis, football teams and the popular art clubs, they must sign up in school for this. Clubs are offered based on a minimum and maximum number, if we do not receive enough bookings the club will not run. Payment is £3 per session payable in full in advance for the whole 1⁄2 term and must be made via Parent Pay. Places are on a first come first serve basis, we are unable to offer refunds, a commitment is expected at each session. If your child is unwell or unable to attend, please leave a message at the office for the coaches. Should the coaches or school need to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and arrangements made to reschedule.

If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium funding, please contact our office staff in order to gain a free club space for your child (One per ½ term). If you need any help using Parent Pay please don’t hesitate to contact our school office staff. We request that all children are collected promptly at 4.15pm when clubs end as our coaches have commitments elsewhere. Children should be collected from the front of the school where the coaches will bring children to meet you, please notify the office if someone else is collecting your child and make sure we have up to date contact details.
