What is forest school?
Forest School is a child-centered, inspirational learning process, that offers opportunities for holistic growth through regular sessions. It is a long-term program that supports play, exploration and supported risk taking. It develops confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting.

Clothing needed
To ensure your child has the best experience possible, please try to ensure they come fully prepared.
Remember, they shall be outside in most weather conditions, including rain.

Last academic year, Miss Bines undertook the Forest School training and we purchased several resources. The progress in this area was impacted due to COVID. During half term, work was completed in the area.
6B2 - Group 1
This half term, 6B2 (Group 1) are completing their first FS sessions! They are all incredibly excited and can't wait to get stuck in.
They shall be completing a range of different activities, which have been fully risk assessed, each week we shall be sharing photos of their new challenges!
